• You work closely with operations and IT to strengthen data quality in the existing data warehouse solution.
• You are responsible for user support and training related to existing standard reports in Power BI, as well as associated information supply and surrounding systems.
• You analyze incoming questions, problems, and needs to identify patterns and suggest improvements.
• You collaborate cross-functionally with different parts of the organization and create good cooperation between stakeholders.
• You capture the organization's need for analysis and translate them into technical solutions together with relevant teams.
• You coordinate work with operations and development partners to create quality and progress.
• You plan and conduct tests to ensure that solutions work as intended.
• You identify, drive, and follow up on improvements and decommissioning efforts where necessary.

• Good experience with analytical models in a data warehouse.
• Experience from a shared decision support system across the business.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI Report Server (on-premise) for analysis and reporting.
• Good ability to communicate and translate business needs into concrete improvement proposals.
• You understand the importance of quality and detail in analytical work.
• You work independently and in a structured manner.
• Experience with analysis within banking and insurance with a focus on customer engagement.
• Experience working in large and complex organizations with many stakeholders.

• Experience with agile development and working in train structures according to SAFe.
