About the role

We are looking for a recruitment consultant for the period from August 24, 2026, to December 31, 2026, who will take responsibility for recruitment across a wide range of roles. You will handle recruitment ranging from childcare workers and leisure leaders to administrative positions and roles within academic professions.

You will drive the entire process: job profiles, job ads, publication in Varbi, candidate administration, selection, interviews, reference checks, and closing of recruitment cases. The work is carried out in close collaboration with hiring managers and is based on a competency-based and legally secure recruitment methodology.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in competency-based recruitment within municipal or state operations.
• Experience in broad recruitment, preferably both operational and administrative roles.
• Ability to independently drive the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with managers.
• Proficiency in working with Varbi, including publication, candidate administration, and closing of cases.
• Experience with selection interviews, digital reference checks, and supplementary telephone references.
• An advisory and structured working style where you support managers in conducting a competency-based and non-discriminatory recruitment process.

You are also a self-motivated and forward-looking recruiter who takes responsibility and creates momentum in the process. You are confident in working methodically, maintain good order, and ensure that every recruitment is carried out with quality and clear direction.
