Kompis Sverige is part of the ESF-funded project "Culture and Competence Bridge" (Kultur och Kompetensbryggan), carried out in collaboration with the social enterprise Jobbentrén and the organization Talangakademin.
The project targets foreign-born individuals who have been unemployed for at least 12 months and are registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service. Through initiatives that promote linguistic and/or social integration, such as career-focused buddy matching, online language cafés, and social activities, the project aims to help participants move closer to employment.
About the Role
The role of Project Support, with a focus on administration and participant contact, aims to provide consolidated administrative support within Kompis Sverige, with an emphasis on reporting within the framework of the Culture and Competence Bridge project. The role involves primarily ongoing participant contact and administration of participant data according to the project's guidelines. Part of the position also includes providing general support in other projects and various areas, such as working with participant-oriented activities, as well as some work with the organization's social media.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Responsible for ongoing participant administration with a focus on participants in the Culture and Competence Bridge project, including registration, follow-up, and documentation according to project guidelines.
- Participate in internal meetings and drive the development of routines and working methods for the organization, acting as the hub in the project team.
- Maintain regular participant contact via phone, email, and physical meetings.
- Support the practical coordination and implementation of various activities for participants, such as bookings, participant lists, staffing, and simpler logistics.
- Responsible for documentation, processes, and coordination of administration between the participating organizations in the project.
- Contribute to the organization's communication, for example by creating content for social media or newsletters.
- Support Kompis Sverige's other project follow-ups and reporting.
- Responsible for purchasing for Kompis Sverige's Stockholm office.
Qualifications
- Experience in project coordination and team coordination.
- Experience in administrative work, preferably within a project form or the non-profit sector.
- Good ability to work in a structured and independent manner with several parallel tasks.
- Experience working in digital systems and good computer skills (e.g., Excel, Podio, or other CRM systems).
- Experience working with European Social Fund (ESF) projects.
- Good communication skills. Ability to easily adapt communication to different audiences. Fluent in Swedish. Additional language skills are meritorious.
- Experience working with vulnerable target groups, such as newly arrived refugees or long-term unemployed, is meritorious.
- Experience working with social media and WordPress is meritorious.

We are a small, dedicated team, and you are expected to be willing to contribute to other operations when needed and to the social cohesion within the organization.
Employment: We would like you to start on August 3, 2026. The position is a fixed-term contract until June 11, 2027, with a possibility of extension thereafter.
