• Provide technical support to users regarding IT, systems, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with both hardware and software.
• Document cases in the support system.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth solutions.

We are looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and has a genuine interest in technology and customer service. You thrive in an environment where you take responsibility, work independently, and contribute to the team's common goals.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk.
• Good understanding of Windows, Office365, and networking.
• Experience with Active Directory, Azure, and a case management system.
• A service-oriented, solution-focused, and stress-resistant personality.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
