About the Position

We are looking for you who want a broad and varied role within IT, where you can combine technology, coordination, and operationally close work. With us, you will become an important part of a smaller team where collaboration, flexibility, and personal responsibility characterize everyday life. You have a good technical understanding of modern IT environments and thrive in a role where you work both operationally and have coordinating responsibilities.

A large part of the municipality's infrastructure and operations are handled by an external provider, which means you need to be able to act as a client with purchasing competence, follow up on deliveries, and ensure that our IT services maintain high quality and function well based on the organization's needs. The role involves close contact with both operations and external collaboration partners. You will contribute technical competence in procurement and development work, as well as serve as advisory support in IT matters within the organization.

The tasks are varied and include both strategic and practical parts of daily IT operations, such as technical coordination, client and license management, as well as quality assurance and follow-up of deliveries and contracts.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are self-motivated, structured, and have an easy time creating good collaborations. You are used to working broadly within IT and feel confident in dialogue with both technical specialists and operational representatives. You have several years of experience in operational and coordinating IT work, preferably within public operations or smaller organizations where areas of responsibility are broad and varied.

We would like you to have:

• IT education or equivalent experience
• Experience collaborating with external operations providers
• Ability to translate operational needs into technical requirements
• Habit of working systematically and documenting your work
• A service-oriented approach and good collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
