Do you want to work in a role where you help people, provide clear guidance, and contribute to a secure and professional user experience? We are now looking for several service-oriented employees for an exciting assignment starting on September 9th. You will become part of a new support function for a well-known industrial client in Linköping, where the focus is on providing users with professional and pedagogical support in connection with changes within Microsoft 365.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will receive incoming questions via phone and case management systems, as well as guide users through predefined routines and instructions. The support will primarily handle questions related to changes and new ways of working within Microsoft 365.

The work is structured and follows established processes, meaning that previous experience in technical support or Microsoft 365 is not a requirement. You will receive an introduction and on-site training to feel confident in your tasks.

The assignment is planned to last for approximately four months, with the possibility of continued development within the support area for the right person.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in service and helping others. You are communicative, pedagogical, and enjoy meeting people with different needs. You work in a structured manner, are detail-oriented, and feel comfortable following established ways of working and instructions.

Previous experience from customer service, service desk, support, or working with Microsoft 365 is highly meritorious but not a requirement.

To be eligible for the position, Swedish citizenship is required. Prior to employment, security-related checks will be conducted, which include, among other things, a financial background check, a criminal record check, and a security interview.
