User experiences that simplify. Colleagues who care. Technology that challenges. Does that sound like something for you?
We offer something many seek but few employers can combine: a socially important mission, technical challenges, and long-term stability.
Here, you will work with complex information management that affects millions of decisions and users. At the same time, you become part of a modern IT organization where collaboration, competence development, and new technology are in focus.

What you will do
You will become part of a team that develops and modernizes Master Data Person – the information domain that underpins many of the Migration Agency's most business-critical processes.
This is a prioritized area with significant strategic importance for the agency. You will have the opportunity to influence how future information management develops through new ways of working, information models, and technical solutions. Your work contributes to high information quality, legally secure decisions, and efficient information exchange both within the Migration Agency and with external actors.
Here you work closely with business units, architects, and developers at the intersection of business, information, and technology. The area is characterized by complex information flows, high demands on quality and security, and numerous integrations with internal and external systems.
No two days are alike. One day you lead a workshop to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement. Another day you analyze information flows, review data using SQL, or work together with developers and architects to break down complex needs into clear and actionable requirements. You may also model information structures, define concepts, or investigate how information should be exchanged between different systems and actors.
As a Requirements Analyst, you play a central role in developing how personal information is defined, quality-assured, and used. The role offers great opportunities to influence both the design of solutions and how the agency works with information management in the long term.
Who we think you are
You are an analytical and curious person who thrives on understanding complex businesses and translating needs into clear requirements and sustainable solutions.
You work systematically and take responsibility for driving your work forward. You have a knack for creating order in complex contexts and ensure that requirements are well-thought-out, clear, and well-anchored.
You have a genuine interest in information and data and enjoy analyzing information structures, identifying relationships, and ensuring high data quality. You see the value of well-defined master data and understand its importance for efficient processes, good information supply, and legally secure decisions.
Since the role involves many contact surfaces, you enjoy collaborating with both business and IT. You communicate clearly, share your knowledge, and contribute to an open and constructive collaboration. You also dare to challenge existing ways of working when you see opportunities for improvement.
In short, you are a reliable team player with high integrity who wants to help develop solutions that make a real difference.
