About the Role

The role involves extensive contact with our employees and includes providing support for IT-related questions both via phone and through on-site visits across the organization. The IT support function serves as a central hub within the agency and plays a vital role in supporting the organization's users in their daily work. The position also entails collaboration with several different departments. Working hours are scheduled during daytime.

Do you have the competencies we are looking for?

Requirements

• Completed upper secondary education with a focus on IT, technology, or equivalent training assessed by the employer as comparable, alternatively relevant work experience,
• Approximately 1–2 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or another comparable IT-adjacent role,
• Very good ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish, and good proficiency in English.

We are looking for a candidate who is service-oriented and possesses strong interpersonal skills. You will meet users in a professional and accommodating manner and thrive in providing support for their daily tasks. You collaborate well with others and contribute to a positive team climate. At the same time, you take responsibility for your assignments and drive them forward in a structured manner. You are communicative and easily build trusting relationships within the organization. We will place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

This is a permanent position starting with a six-month probationary period.
