About the Company

To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Project Coordinator – SAP S/4HANA for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs, with very good prospects for extension.

Responsibilities

A snapshot of your day

Are you at the beginning of your career and want to develop within SAP, business processes, and international projects?

As a Project Coordinator, you will become an important part of Siemens Energy's global SAP S/4HANA program, where you will support the project team with coordination, documentation, and follow-up.

How you will make an impact

You will, among other things:

• Coordinate meetings and workshops
• Follow up on activities
• Handle project administration
• Document decisions
• Support testing, training, and data migration
• Administer Teams and SharePoint
• Compile status reports

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has

• An academic degree in engineering or economics and/or 1–3 years of experience in project administration or coordination
• Interest in SAP and digitalization
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Fluent English; Swedish is an advantage
