Do you want to work closely with customers in the gym and fitness industry and contribute to them getting the maximum value from the market's leading business system? We are currently looking for several Application Specialists to join BRP Systems, based at one or more of our offices in Sweden (Linköping), Norway (Asker), and Denmark (Aarhus). For the right candidate, there is also the possibility to be based in the UK.

At our company, there is room for different profiles – perhaps you are technically strong and enjoy configuration and problem-solving, or you are driven by leading customers through larger implementation projects in a project management role. Regardless of your focus, you will become part of our international Customer Success team with colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland.

About the role

As an Application Specialist, you work consultatively with our new or existing customers to ensure they get the greatest possible business benefit from our products. Examples of tasks include:

• Configuration, installation, and system setup
• Project management and/or implementation of onboarding and implementation projects
• Consulting on system design and business processes
• Analyzing and translating customer business requirements into effective solutions
• Introduction of new features and system upgrades
• Integrations and third-party solutions
• Training for customers and colleagues
• Ongoing consulting assignments and change orders for existing customers

Some of our Application Specialists work primarily on shorter consulting engagements where they quickly help customers with changes, configuration, and advice. Others drive longer implementation projects where they act as project managers and the customer's primary contact throughout the entire onboarding process. Both roles place high demands on professionalism, structure, and self-drive.

• Have an easy time understanding complex systems and business processes
• Are analytical and solution-oriented
• Communicate clearly and build trust with both customers and colleagues
• Take responsibility for your assignments and drive them forward in a structured way

We would also like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in IT, engineering, economics, or equivalent experience
• Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Good knowledge of English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish), both in speech and writing

If you have experience with implementations, project management, business systems, SaaS, or integration solutions, it is an advantage, but we place great emphasis on personality, drive, and the willingness to develop. If you have experience from the gym and fitness industry where you have worked as a system administrator or similar, this is highly meritorious.
