Your Responsibilities
Siemens Energy is implementing one of its largest global transformation programs, where SAP S/4HANA is being deployed to standardize and harmonize business processes across the entire organization. The program covers both Sales (Order-to-Cash) and Service Capability and is a central part of the company's digital development.
We are now looking for several consultants who want to be part of this journey. Whether you are a junior looking to develop within SAP and business development, or an experienced specialist in processes, test management, or data migration, there is an opportunity to work in an international program with a major impact on future ways of working.

To strengthen the program, we are now looking for several profiles within Sales and Service Capability with different specialist areas and levels of experience.
We are looking for competence in the following areas:
Sales Capability Coordinator / Junior Consultant
For you who are at the beginning of your career and want to develop within SAP, project management, and business development.
You will, among other things:
- coordinate meetings, workshops, and project activities
- administer and structure project documentation
- follow up on activities, risks, and project plans
- support testing, training, and change activities
- manage SharePoint, Teams, and project tools
- contribute to communication between local and global teams.
SAP Process Expert / Advanced Key User – Service Capability
For you with deep business knowledge within service processes and experience with SAP.
Possible specialist areas:
- Field Service and resource planning
- Service contracts and maintenance
- Repair & Refurbishment
- Service Value Flow and financial follow-up
- Product and master data for service.
You work with process design, requirement management, workshops, testing, user support, and continuous improvement both during implementation and after go-live.
SAP Sales Test Lead
For you who have experience with test management within SAP SD and S/4HANA.
Areas of responsibility:
- lead test strategy and test planning
- design and coordinate SIT and UAT
- manage defects and test follow-up
- support the business during testing and sign-off
- ensure that the solution meets both global and local requirements.
SAP Sales Data Migration Lead
For you who have experience with data migration within SAP Sales (SD).
You are responsible for:
- planning and driving the entire migration work
- coordinating data mapping, data cleansing, and validation
- ensuring data quality through mock runs and cut-over
- collaborating with Data Stewards, business, and IT
- supporting go-live and hypercare.
Data Migration Lead – Service Capability
For you who want to lead the migration of complex service data within SAP S/4HANA.
The work includes, among other things:
- ownership of the entire migration flow
- planning and coordination of mock migrations
- data quality, validation, and follow-up
- risk management and reporting
- coordination between business, IT, and external parties.
Your Profile
Depending on the role, we would like you to have:
- experience with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- knowledge within Sales (SD), Customer Service (CS), Plant Maintenance (PM), or service processes
- experience with system implementations, transformation projects, or global rollouts
- experience with test management, data migration, or process development (for specialist roles)
- excellent collaboration skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders
- good analytical and structured abilities
- very good English skills; Swedish is an advantage.
For the junior coordinator role, 1–3 years of experience in project support, administration, or coordination is meritorious, along with a strong interest in SAP and digital transformation.
