To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Change & Adoption Lead – SAP S/4HANA for a project at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with numerous development possibilities.

This is initially a consultancy assignment of approximately 6 months via Unik Resurs, with very good prospects for extension.

Applications will be processed in August.

Responsibilities

Large system projects are about people just as much as they are about technology.

As Change & Adoption Lead, you ensure that the business is ready for new ways of working when SAP S/4HANA is implemented.

How you will make an impact

You will:

• Drive change management
• Conduct stakeholder analysis
• Plan communication
• Facilitate workshops
• Coordinate training
• Manage change resistance
• Support the business during Go Live

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Experience in change management (OCM)
• Experience from large transformation projects
• Good understanding of SAP or ERP
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent English (Swedish is an asset)
