Your Responsibilities

You will drive and lead IT infrastructure projects in a technologically advanced and security-classified environment.

The projects vary in scope and content, but often involve:

• Platform projects (Windows/Linux and certain legacy environments)
• Virtualization and storage solutions
• Migrations and upgrades
• Client platforms
• Application projects (installation, upgrade, migration)
• Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Driving projects from feasibility study to completion
• Ensuring delivery according to time, budget, and quality
• Creating and working according to project documentation and templates
• Planning resources and managing risks proactively
• Collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Coordinating dependencies between projects, operations, and business
• Reporting to steering groups and management forums
• Ensuring smooth handover to operations

Your Profile

• Have 8–15 years of experience in IT project management
• Have led infrastructure projects in complex environments
• Are accustomed to handling multiple parallel projects
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Hold a certification in project methodology (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA) and preferably ITIL
• Are proficient in tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Antura, ADO, SharePoint, etc.
• Have the ability to adapt structure, documentation, and organization to the project's size and needs
