We are now looking for an Experienced Software Developer / Data Scientist for our client.

About the assignment

In this role, you are responsible for developing scalable backend solutions in Python while building AI and machine learning models to analyze complex operational and maintenance data from advanced flight systems. You work through the entire data chain – from data collection and ETL flows to analysis, visualization, and deployment of solutions.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and REST APIs in Python.
• Development and implementation of AI and ML models, including LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks.
• Design and development of ETL processes for batch and real-time data using tools such as Airflow.
• Development of models for predictive maintenance, fault analysis, and demand forecasting.
• Creation of interactive dashboards and visualizations using Plotly and other modern tools.
• Work with containerized environments in Docker and Kubernetes, as well as CI/CD processes and version control in Git.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced consultant (level 3–4) who has:

• An academic degree in computer science, data engineering, or another relevant technical field.
• Documented experience with Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
• Experience with data warehousing as well as tools for data reliability and observability.
• Experience in AI/ML development, anomaly detection, and implementation of LLM-based solutions.
• Experience in developing REST APIs and backend solutions using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
• Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and workflow orchestration, such as Airflow.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
