We are now looking for a Project Supplier Quality Manager for Product Quality for our client.

About the assignment

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Project Supplier Quality Manager for production quality.

A glimpse into your day: Join a team as a Project Supplier Quality Manager, where you will play a central and significant role in ensuring product quality among our system suppliers! In this important role, you will face complex challenges within a broad segment of products and have the opportunity to make a real difference in our client projects. You will coordinate all activities related to supplier quality and work closely with the responsible Project Quality Manager to develop comprehensive quality plans.

How you will make a difference:

• Act as the primary contact between suppliers and the project team, building strong relationships to improve quality outcomes. This includes both internal relationships within the company and with our system suppliers.
• Establish and implement monitoring plans for suppliers to effectively reduce project risks.
• Evaluate suppliers' ability to meet specific project requirements and ensure they align with customer expectations. The company drives projects in all corners of the world, and no two projects are alike; project requirements can vary significantly depending on local regulations and demands. This can be both challenging and very educational/developing.
• Schedule and coordinate inspection dates with suppliers, facilitating key inspection points for both customers and the company.
• Collect, review, and validate documentation regarding supplier quality, including declarations, inspection and test plans, and certificates.

What you bring:

• A background in procurement quality, manufacturing, or operation of rotating machinery, boilers, or the process industry, as well as welding.
• Previous experience in product quality and understanding of manufacturing processes; experience with project processes is highly meritorious.
• Experience with CE marking, PED, SS-EN 1090, ISO 3834, LVD, or similar standards is a plus. The ability to interpret standards and customer requirements is a valuable skill.
• You master Swedish and English, both spoken and written, which is a requirement for this position.
• You have a structured and collaborative attitude, thrive in team environments, and drive projects forward.
