Help shape the working methods of the future! In this key role, you will have the opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and culture from the ground up. We are now looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Team Coach who wants to help develop a business-critical information management system with significant future importance for the business in this assignment with a client in Linköping.

Your responsibilities
As a Scrum Master / Team Coach, you will have a central role in developing the team's working methods and creating conditions for efficient, high-quality deliveries.
You will among other things:
- Coach and support the team in agile methods and working practices
- Establish, develop, and embed the team's working methods
- Drive improvement work from identified insight to implemented change
- Ensure clear working methods regarding backlog management and prioritization
- Support the team in creating efficient workflows and strengthening delivery capability
- Contribute to a balance between development, maintenance, and long-term quality
- Collaborate closely with both the business and other stakeholders to create a successful team
In the long term, the role can also be combined with tasks within requirements analysis, business dialogue, or technical development depending on experience and interest.

Requirements
We are looking for you who have:
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach, or similar role
- Extensive experience in developing teams and agile working methods
- Experience facilitating retrospectives, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies
- Good understanding of backlog management, prioritization, and Definition of Done
- Ability to create structure, engagement, and collaboration in teams
- Very good communication skills and ease in building trust
- Experience working in complex environments where working methods and processes are continuously developed
Qualifications
- Experience in Information Management, data platforms, or similar areas
- Worked in environments where systems were built up and subsequently scaled up to a broad user base
- Experience in requirements analysis and business-close work
- Technical understanding or experience from system development
- Experience in change management and organizational development
