Job Description

The role of Deputy Project Manager in the Technical Information department is exciting and developmental, with great opportunities for assignments that extend beyond main projects. As a Deputy Project Manager, you lead the work with Technical Information and are responsible for successful delivery to external customers.

Within the Technical Information area, approximately 30 dedicated and driven employees work in various roles related to technical information for gas turbines. It is important in this role that you have strong personal drive and enjoy collaborating across different interfaces. You have responsibility for delivery, budget, and coordination for between 5–15 sub-projects in various project phases.

In the projects, you ensure that information products meet requirements according to contracts and specifications. You are responsible for coordinating activities with all functions within the project group as well as external customers. Furthermore, you handle internal projects and drive development forward within the department.

You have prior experience in project management, and your strengths are good communication and collaboration skills. You are a solution-focused person who has the ability to take initiative and raise innovative ideas. You think outside the box and have the flexibility and ability to handle changes well and motivate others to follow set goals together.

We see that you have a university education in a relevant field and/or a few years of work experience. Furthermore, we see that as a person you are meticulous and structured with a desire and drive to lead, coordinate, and promote good teamwork. You master Swedish and English in both speech and writing. In this role, it is important to have good familiarity with handling systems and applications.

This is a consultancy assignment, which means that in the role you will be employed by Randstad, where the assignment is located at Siemens Energy in Finspång. The assignment starts in August.   • You speak and write Swedish and English fluently; additional language skills are meritorious.

  • You are innovative and proactive.
  • You have good system familiarity.
