Your Role

We are looking for a driven DevOps Leader to join our software development organization. In this role, you will be a key figure in our company's ongoing "Software Transformation," responsible for developing and improving our DevOps operations. By implementing new strategies, automation, and modern tools, you will help take our growing business to the next level.

You will lead the DevOps operations in collaboration with a team of engineers to create the prerequisites for our business areas to efficiently and continuously develop and deliver software to our customers. You will play a central role in optimizing our CI pipeline and ensuring high quality in our software development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead DevOps operations, including governance, improvement, and transformation.
• Develop our "Golden Path" for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Maintain and improve our development environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Integrate and develop AI support to increase efficiency.
• Support our software teams with everything from process compliance to 3PP intake.

Your Profile

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or similar.
• Leadership experience, e.g., as a team lead or equivalent.
• Extensive experience with CI/CD environments.
• Broad experience in software development.

Desirable Experience:

• Experience with cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of tools such as GitHub, Docker, Artifactory, Git, Jenkins, Jira, etc.
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python.
• Development in both Linux and Windows environments.

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
