We are now looking for a service-oriented Onsite Technician who wants to contribute to a stable and efficient IT environment for our users. Your responsibilities
As an Onsite Technician, you are responsible for providing users with a well-functioning IT workplace and ensuring high quality in local support delivery. You work close to the business operations and are the natural contact point when technical issues require on-site support.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Providing support to users in situations where remote support is insufficient.
- Installing, configuring, and delivering computers, phones, and other client-side IT equipment.
- Managing and updating inventory and hardware registers.
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents through a structured and methodical approach.
- Providing support for printers, conference rooms, and other local IT equipment.
- Handling prioritized cases requiring fast, professional, and high-quality service.
- Documenting solutions, routines, and cases in knowledge bases and case management systems.
- Contributing to continuous improvements in working methods, processes, and user support.
- Collaborating with colleagues and supporting during major outages or other business-critical events.
Your profile

Requirements
- Experience working in IT support, service desk, or onsite support.
- Experience troubleshooting clients, peripheral equipment, and user-centric IT environments.
- Good ability to document and work in case management systems.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
