We are currently looking for several experienced IT Technicians within Second Line Support for an exciting consulting assignment with a leading Group IT business, starting August 17th! Here you will have the opportunity to work in a modern and complex IT environment where you resolve advanced technical issues and contribute to a stable and secure IT delivery.
About the assignmentAs an IT Technician in Second Line Support, you are responsible for handling and resolving more complex support cases escalated from the service desk. You work closely with end-users via Teams, phone, and case management systems while collaborating with other support technicians and specialist functions.
We are looking for you who are an experienced support technician with a strong technical interest and who thrives on troubleshooting, analyzing, and solving problems in Microsoft-based corporate environments.
ResponsibilitiesHandle and resolve advanced Second Line cases
Provide technical support to users via Teams, phone, and case management systems
Troubleshoot and administer Microsoft 365 environments
Work with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online
Manage permissions, security settings, and Sensitivity Labels
Document solutions and contribute to knowledge transfer
Collaborate with other IT teams and contribute to the improvement of support processes
Participate in the development and efficiency improvement of IT support
Several years of experience in IT support or Second Line Support
Very good experience with Microsoft 365
Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience with Exchange Online
Experience with OneDrive and SharePoint Online
Experience with Microsoft Teams
Experience with Sensitivity Labels
Good ability to work methodically with troubleshooting
Experience with case management systems, preferably ServiceNow
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, networks, SCCM, and databases
Knowledge of ITIL
Experience with technical documentation
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
