Manager Sought for Lanax Boendestödjare AB – Gothenburg

Lanax Boendestödjare AB is now looking for an engaged and driven manager for our supported and protected housing in Gothenburg. We are looking for you who are educated as a social worker with a 180 hp degree and want to take overall responsibility for the operations together with our team.

About the Position

As a manager, you play a central role in the operations and are responsible for both administrative tasks and the development of the business. You work closely with the staff and management to ensure that the operations are conducted with high quality and in accordance with current laws, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsible for the administrative operation of the business.
• Write monthly reports and other documentation.
• Prepare reports and follow up on the operations.
• Handle email and other administrative communication.
• Post job advertisements and participate in recruitment.
• Plan and coordinate operations together with the staff.
• Ensure that the operations meet quality requirements and authority requirements.
• Maintain contact with municipalities, authorities, and other collaborating partners.
• Contribute to the development and quality work of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have a degree in Social Work (required).
• Have experience working in social work, HVB (residential care for young people), or supported housing.
• Have good administrative skills and are accustomed to documentation.
• Have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Are structured, responsible, and have good leadership skills.
• Have good collaboration skills and a professional approach.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked as a manager or held a leading position in care and social services.
