The Education Administration includes preschool activities, preschool classes, primary school, and adapted primary school. Bollebygd School features lower, middle, and upper stages, as well as a newly opened adapted primary school. The municipality also has two smaller F-6 units and a central student health service.
Bollebygd's adapted primary school started its operations in August 2021. The school currently has 13 students enrolled from grade 1 to grade 9. The adapted primary school's after-school center, with 6 enrolled students, is located in the same premises. The adapted primary school is situated in Bollebygd School's F-6 facilities and was made accessible during the startup phase.
At Bollebygd's adapted primary school, students from grade one to grade nine are taught in subjects and subject areas across two classes. Each class has trained teachers who organize the teaching. In addition to the teachers, there are several resource persons in each class.

Job Responsibilities
You will work together with the other professionals in the adapted primary school with the students at the unit. You will be part of a work team where we learn from each other and support each other collegially.
The tasks may vary depending on individual students and the unit's needs. You will work at both group and individual levels with tasks that promote the students' development throughout the school day. The responsibilities also include planning and collaborating with other staff regarding the students, participating in competence development, and following up and evaluating your own assignment. Documentation regarding interventions and progress at the individual and group level is also part of the assignment.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Care and Social Care Program (Vård- och omsorgsprogrammet) and Vocational Higher Education (YH) training as a support pedagogue or social pedagogue, as assessed as relevant by the employer.
- Good knowledge of intellectual disability, Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF), and low-affective handling.
Merits:
- Experience working in adapted schools.
- Knowledge of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and organizing communicative learning environments.
