Hindås Montessori Preschool is a parent cooperative located in the scenic area of Hindås, less than 30 minutes from Gothenburg. Here, the operations are run with great heart and commitment, ensuring that children, parents, and staff thrive and develop together.

We are now looking for a childcare worker or candidate with personal suitability for an 80% position on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with a possibility of extension, starting August 1, 2026. You will work in our children's group aged 2–3 years and follow a child in the group who requires additional support. The environment is permeated by the values of Montessori pedagogy: help to self-help, respect, and security.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with younger children
• Is sensitive, secure, and empathetic in your pedagogical approach
• Thrives in team collaboration and contributes to a positive work environment
• Has an interest in or experience with Montessori pedagogy (extra beneficial)

Personal maturity and engagement are more important than the number of years in the profession – we value your passion for children's development and your willingness to contribute to an operation where every child is allowed to grow at their own pace.
