Hindås Montessori Preschool is a parent cooperative located in the scenic area of Hindås, less than 30 minutes from Gothenburg. Here, the operations are run with great heart and commitment, ensuring that children, parents, and staff thrive and develop together.

We are now looking for a childcare worker or candidate with personal suitability for a temporary position, starting from autumn. The environment is permeated by the values of Montessori pedagogy: help to self-help, respect, and security.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with young children
• Is sensitive, secure, and empathetic in your pedagogical approach
• Thrives in collaborating with the team and contributing to a positive work environment
• Has an interest or experience in Montessori pedagogy (preferred)

Personal maturity and commitment are more important than the number of years in the profession – we value your passion for children's development and your willingness to contribute to a setting where every child can grow at their own pace.
