ABOUT THE POSITION

At Kura Omsorg, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for one of our clients in Lidköping. We are looking for both those interested in a day shift of approx. 65–75 % and those interested in a night shift of approx. 80 %.

The working hours are scheduled as follows:

• 07:00–15:00

• 15:00–21:00

• 19:00–07:00 awake night (Sat–Sun)

• 21:00–07:00 awake night (weekdays)

Start date is by agreement, and we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction immediately.

ABOUT THE CLIENT

Our client is an active girl in her 20s living in Lidköping. She has tuberous sclerosis, which involves severe epilepsy, autism, and intellectual disability. She manages many things on her own but needs support with several tasks during the day. She can move around independently but needs a reliable and present assistant who is there when needed. Your role will be to support her in daily life – both practically and socially – as her mental development level corresponds to that of a 1.5–2-year-old. Furthermore, she enjoys baking, having coffee, visiting playgrounds, going to the swimming pool, and eating at restaurants. Therefore, we are looking for you who are happy to join in on activities and contribute to creating a meaningful and fun daily life.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Swimming proficiency and tolerance for chlorine

• Nursing/care experience

Employment level: Day shift approx. 65–75 % or night shift approx. 80 %

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). As of March 1, 2026, new regulations apply meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
