We are looking for an engaged and responsible personal assistant for a man in his mid-30s who lives in Mölnlycke with his family. The assignment concerns a person with a physical disability resulting in limited mobility, where you as an assistant play a central role in enabling a functional, secure, and independent daily life based on the individual's own prerequisites.

In the role of personal assistant, you work closely with the user and contribute to both practical and personal aspects of daily life. The work includes, among other things, support with personal care, training, and participation in various activities and social contexts. The assistance is provided in the home environment, at the workplace, and wherever the user is otherwise located.

The position involves varying shifts during day and evening hours, seven days a week. Flexibility is a key part of the assignment, as work with short notice may occur, for example, in cases of sick leave. You will become part of a small team where continuity, collaboration, and responsibility are crucial for a well-functioning assistance service.

We are looking for you who have a stable and professional attitude towards your work, with the ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team. You are perceptive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs and situations. A respectful and empathetic approach is a fundamental requirement for the role.

Clear communication in Swedish, both orally and in writing, is necessary as documentation is part of the job duties. Previous experience in personal assistance or work within the care sector is advantageous, but the greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability, maturity, and commitment.

To ensure safety in operations, a background check is conducted before employment, which means that an extract from the criminal record register must be presented upon potential employment.
