Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a customer living in Falköping.

I am a middle-aged man looking for a temporary personal assistant who is willing to work for someone who is like Emil in Lönneberga but in adult form. I have a sense of humor and enjoy mischief. I need help with, among other things, communication, some personal care, managing my home, cooking, etc. I also need support in daily activities and leisure time from a personal assistant. My interests include, for example, picking mushrooms and collecting scrap, various games, and spending time with friends and my family. I am an animal lover and especially like cats and dogs, so you must not be allergic to fur.

As a personal assistant, you work closely with a person with a disability in their daily life. You assist and support the person both in everyday life and during leisure time. Your workplace is where the customer is located, and your tasks generally involve assisting the customer so that they have the conditions to live the life they desire.

We are looking for you who: are responsible, receptive, and have an easy time learning new tasks. At Särnmark, you always receive an introduction at the customer's location as well as access to training regarding the role of a personal assistant.

About the employment The form of employment is needs-based employment, with the possibility of a permanent position. The wage form is hourly wage. Working hours vary based on the customer's needs: day, evening, night (active and on-call), weekdays and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
