Seeking Two Personal Assistants for a Woman in Her 30s

We are looking for two dedicated assistants for a cheerful and positive woman in her 30s. We hope you want to contribute to helping her live a meaningful and good life to the best of her abilities.
The ideal candidate is positive, receptive, and possesses strong empathy skills. The role involves providing individual support to the person with disabilities, both inside and outside the home.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, stress-resistant, and self-motivated. You should be able to take initiative and have experience from similar roles.
Requirements:
- Experience within LSS (Support and Service for Persons with Certain Disabilities) and personal assistance.
- Knowledge of Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) or symbols as support.
- Experience with tube feeding.
- Ability to document and plan based on the implementation plan.
Other Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (Class B).
- Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
Of the two positions, one is a substantial maternity leave replacement, while the other offers the possibility of a permanent position after a successful probationary period.
Working hours are scheduled and include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.
