What does the role entail? As a Community Host, you have the most important mission at United Spaces: to take care of our customers and visitors in such a fine way that they experience us as the city's best place to work, network, and grow. As a Community Host, you are responsible for the daily operations and service at Kungsgatan 37: to curiously, proactively, and thoughtfully ensure that everything works and is in top shape, that everyone gets the help they need, and that they truly benefit from everything we have to offer. How so? Among other things, by:

  • Operations/Customer Experience: Operate the facility and deliver service in the best possible way based on the customers' experience, needs, and our shared goals and routines.

  • Results: Keep track of what we aim to achieve, how we are doing, and determine how you contribute to reaching our goals in all parts of your assignment.

  • Establishment/Sales: Contribute to sales by being curious and attentive to needs and new opportunities, collaborating with the team on them, and carrying out various types of activities.

  • Leadership: Lead yourself towards your own and our shared goals, be a thoughtful and helpful colleague, take an active role in our development, and proactively develop your own competencies.

  • Ambassadorship: Contribute to creating interest and trust in United Spaces, our owners Castellum, and the industry as a whole, building good relationships with customers, visitors, and colleagues.

What team do you have around you and how do you work? As a Community Host, you work independently and have overall responsibility for the daily operations of the facility. You are the one on-site ensuring that our members, guests, and visitors receive a first-class experience. As support in the daily work, there is a cleaner who helps with dishes and ensures the facility maintains high standards. Your direct manager is the Community Manager, who is responsible for both this facility and one of our other locations. This means she splits her time between both sites, but you have daily contact and close collaboration.

You will also become part of a larger team with Community Hosts at our other locations. Even though you work at different sites, you maintain regular contact, support each other in daily life, and share experiences, knowledge, and ideas. At us, you work independently, but you are never alone.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00. Requests for evening or weekend work may occur depending on bookings.

  • Have at least two years of experience in a similar role within service, retail, or a related industry.

  • Have proven ability to lead yourself towards shared and individual goals.

  • Have experience and interest in conducting sales within the framework of a service assignment.

  • Are attracted by the idea of actively helping our members grow.
