Educational Leader for Vocational Higher Education (YH) and National Vocational Education (NY) – Bromma

We are now looking for an engaged and driven Educational Leader for our Vocational Higher Education (YH) and National Vocational Education (NY) programs in Bromma.

Currently, we offer education within the electrical and property sectors, but we continuously work on developing and broadening our educational offerings based on labor market needs. As an Educational Leader, you play a central role in creating the conditions for our students to succeed in their studies and establish themselves in working life.

About the Role

As an Educational Leader, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring our educational programs. You work both operationally and strategically and have an important role in the contact with students, instructors, companies, authorities, and management groups.

You are responsible for ensuring that the education is conducted according to the Swedish Council for Higher Education's regulations and that systematic quality work is carried out in a structured and professional manner.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for the daily coordination of the education programs
• Plan and follow up on courses together with instructors
• Responsible for the admission process
• Ensure that documentation, evaluations, grade reporting, and follow-ups are carried out according to current regulations
• Work with quality follow-up and development of the education programs
• Coordinate and administer management groups
• Build and develop relationships with companies and other partners
• Responsible for and develop the work with LIA (Work Integrated Learning) placements
• Support students through the various parts of the education
• Maintain ongoing contact with the Swedish Council for Higher Education and other external actors

Who are we looking for?

Experience working within Vocational Higher Education (YH) and/or National Vocational Education (NY) is highly meritorious. You preferably have an understanding of the regulations for these educational forms, quality work, and collaboration with working life.

Industry knowledge and experience of collaboration with working life are meritorious. It is also meritorious if you have experience or knowledge within the electrical and/or property sector. For the right person, such competence can also create opportunities to contribute to the educational activities beyond the role of Educational Leader.
