Teacher of Spanish, Year 6

Drottningholmskolan is a small, cozy school for grades F–6 with approximately 90 students. The school is beautifully located in the culturally rich environment of Ekerö, just 10 minutes by car or bus from Brommaplan. At our school, we place great emphasis on social goals, and there is a good and safe atmosphere among students and staff.

We are currently seeking a Spanish teacher for Year 6. The position is a temporary assignment from 2026-08-10 to 2026-12-18, with the possibility of extension.

The position is 10% of a full-time role.

We are looking for you who are a qualified teacher with a teaching license and experience in teaching. Knowledge of and interest in Waldorf pedagogy is considered an advantage.

Your responsibilities include independently planning, conducting, and evaluating teaching for your student group, which consists of approximately 12 students. The school uses printed textbooks.

As a teacher, you work to promote each student's development and learning. It is your responsibility to build good relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You need to be confident and stable in yourself and possess well-developed pedagogical skills. You must also have a good understanding of students' different prerequisites for learning.

The position is subject to a background check, and applicants must provide a certificate of good conduct from the police before employment begins.
