The Role

As a teacher at Lommar School, you are responsible for teaching, planning, follow-up, and assessment based on the students' individual prerequisites. You work in close cooperation with resource assistants, student health services, guardians, and other colleagues to create the best conditions for the students' learning and development.

Our students need clarity, structure, predictability, and adults who see opportunities where others see obstacles.

Requirements

• Are a certified teacher with qualifications for primary school (grades 1-3).
• Have a good ability to create safe and accessible learning environments.
• Have a relational approach and genuine commitment to students in need of special support.
• Are flexible, solution-focused, and have good collaboration skills.
• See the value of working together in teams regarding students' development.

It is meritorious if you have experience working with students with neuropsychiatric disabilities, autism, or other extensive support needs.

Employment form, extent, and start

• Employment form: Permanent
• Extent: Full-time
• Start: According to agreement

For this role, the starting salary is normally between 40,000 - 43,000 SEK depending on experience and competence.

In the case of permanent employment, a probationary period may be applied.
