The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Board and the Primary and Secondary School Board. About the job

As a teacher in Huddinge Municipality, you translate the school's curriculum into your daily work, among other things with the help of pedagogical documentation. Together with your colleagues, you create conditions for children's learning and development by supporting the individual child, challenging norms, and working actively against discrimination. In the work as a pedagogue, care, upbringing, and learning form a whole.

We are now looking for a certified primary school teacher who will join a wonderful work team in grades 4-6. The position involves mentorship for a class in the lower secondary stage.

This position requires you to have qualifications in Math and Natural Sciences for grades 4-6. You work well in teams, enjoy collaborating with your colleagues, and have experience teaching at the lower secondary level.

About you

• Certified primary school teacher for grades 4-6 with qualifications in Math and Natural Sciences.
• Familiar with LGR22 and experience working according to its guidelines.
• Qualifications in additional subjects are meritorious.

As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented, planning your teaching in a way that creates clarity and motivation for the students. Building relationships is a natural part of your work where you build trust with both students and colleagues and see collaboration as a given. You are a clear and responsive communicator, both in the classroom and with colleagues. You ensure everyone is informed, give constructive feedback, and address issues directly to create a positive and safe atmosphere for students to develop in.

You are well-versed in LGR22 and have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. In your leadership, you are a clear leader, and in the classroom, you have the ability to create a work environment characterized by safety, trust, and respect. With good didactic skills, good knowledge, a clear subject structure, and varied teaching adapted to individual students, you create the best conditions for our students to meet the knowledge requirements in LGR22.
