About the Department
The Education Administration is responsible for all operations within the municipality's preschools, primary schools, adapted primary schools, after-school centers, upper secondary schools, and adult education.

About the Workplace
Norrbackaskolan is a preschool to year 6 school in Märsta, located near forests and meadows. We have two classes per grade from preschool class to year 6, as well as a preparatory class with students of various ages.
Our work is based on creating equal and accessible education where all students have the opportunity to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. The learning environments are designed with a focus on safety, participation, and study peace.

We are currently in a development phase with a particular focus on teaching quality. We are looking for employees who want to be an active part of this work and who, together with us, want to contribute to creating a sustainable learning environment where every student can succeed.

Job Description

We are looking for an engaged and knowledgeable teacher for year 5 who wants to help develop teaching and give students the best conditions for success. Here, you become part of a collegial environment where you, together with colleagues, work to create a safe, accessible, and knowledge-developing learning environment where student participation and motivation are at the center.

As a teacher in year 5, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching according to the curriculum and the school's pedagogical guidelines.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a teaching license with eligibility to teach in several subjects in years 4–6.

As a person, you are structured and goal-oriented in your teaching. You work according to a clear process, organize and plan your work well, complete what has been started, and meet deadlines.

You have an easy time putting yourself in others' situations, listening, understanding, and showing consideration. We value that you, as a teacher, build safe and trusting relationships with students and guardians.
