About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are responsible for ensuring that the business attracts and hires the right talent to meet both current and future needs. You work closely with hiring managers and act as a strategic partner throughout the recruitment process, from needs analysis to employment.

Common responsibilities:

Drive and be responsible for the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with managers and internal partners
Analyze the labor market, candidate trends, and competition to guide recruitment decisions
Ensure inclusive processes

Your Profile
To thrive in this role, we see that you are a relationship-building and empathetic person with a strong business focus. You have good analytical skills and enjoy working in a data-driven manner combined with a consultative approach. Furthermore, you are communicative, trustworthy, and have a genuine interest in creating value through recruitment.

Requirements for the position:

A couple of years of experience working in Talent Acquisition (in-house, agency, or RPO)
Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Experience driving recruitment processes independently

Additional qualifications include experience in strategic workforce planning and working in larger, international organizations.
