About the Role
As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct and efficient processing of supplier invoices. You will also handle exceptions and escalate issues when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and accounting of supplier invoices
Exception handling and problem-solving in daily operations
Identifying and proposing improvements for more efficient processes
Communication with internal and external stakeholders, including escalation of cases when needed

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is forward-thinking, social, and responsible, with a high level of accuracy in your work. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with others while taking ownership of your tasks and driving them forward.

Requirements & Qualifications:

A few years of experience in a similar role
Basic education in economics and/or relevant work experience
Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Experience working with Agresso is a plus

Other Information
The position requires you to pass and be approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab requires a security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
