To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

Through this assignment, you will have the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development opportunities.

This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs with very good prospects for extension.

We conduct rolling selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Tasks and Responsibilities

We are now looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner who wants to play a key role in our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you work proactively to identify, attract, and engage candidates for both current and future recruitment needs.

As a Talent Sourcing Partner, you are a specialist in search and the candidate market. You use modern sourcing methods, digital tools, and social networks to find the right skills and build long-term candidate networks.

Your Tasks

• Identify and attract candidates through LinkedIn, databases, social media, and internal networks.
• Work with advanced search methods, such as Boolean Search.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future skill needs.
• Conduct initial candidate dialogues, phone interviews, and screening.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Contribute market insights regarding skill availability and candidate behavior.
• Work actively to ensure diversity and inclusion in candidate flows.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience in sourcing or recruitment and are driven by finding the right candidates in a competitive market.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in sourcing, research, or recruitment from an agency, RPO, or internal TA function.
• Very good proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of advanced search techniques and Boolean Search.
• Ability to build relationships and engage candidates.
• An analytical approach and interest in data and market insights.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
