Are you an engaged and business-oriented Talent Acquisition Professional looking to work in an international organization with significant societal impact? At Adecco, we are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional for Siemens Energy in Finspång, where you will play a key role in attracting and securing future talent.

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you hold a central position within the organization and act as a strategic partner to hiring managers. You lead recruitment processes from start to finish, ensuring that Siemens Energy continues to attract and hire top talent in a growing and innovative organization.

Siemens Energy in Finspång is in an expansion phase, meaning the Talent Acquisition team is continuously evolving to meet increased recruitment needs. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute to building a strong team that drives the company's future growth and sustainability efforts.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the primary contact and advisor to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Leading recruitment efforts in close collaboration with the Candidate Experience Partner and TA Coordinator
  • Building strong partnerships with managers to plan workforce needs based on business goals and long-term strategy
  • Developing and presenting data-driven analyses regarding the labor market, competitors, and recruitment trends
  • Proactively analyzing historical recruitment data to improve future strategies
  • Ensuring you stay updated on market trends and developments within talent acquisition
  • Actively promoting diversity and inclusion by ensuring a broad candidate pool

About you

We are looking for someone who is business-driven, communicative, and thrives in an advisory role where you can combine strategy with operational work. You have a strong ability to build relationships and are motivated by working in an environment where change and development are a natural part of daily life.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition, either in-house, at an agency, or within RPO
  • Experience working consultatively with managers and supporting strategic recruitment decisions
  • Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting and presenting data to stakeholders
  • A strong interest in labor market trends and workforce planning

This is a full-time consultancy position starting 2026-07-06 to 2027-07-05.
