The Service Sector has a broad mandate and is responsible for business development, construction, premises supply, the property department, sports and facilities, meal services, cleaning services, as well as transport services including vehicle coordination. Through our work, we create the conditions for the municipality's other operations to function well.
As a Business Developer and Investigator, you report directly to the Sector Manager and are part of the sector's management group. You will thus have an important role in supporting leadership and contributing to driving the sector's joint issues forward in a unified and sustainable manner.

Your future tasks
As a Business Developer and Investigator, you support the sector manager in coordinating and developing the operations. The assignment aims to contribute to the Service Sector delivering cost-effective and high-quality service to the municipality's other sectors.
The work may include coordinating the sector's work in Stratsys, as well as maintaining the business plan, business follow-ups, and business reports. You will also provide material and support in work with goals, indicators, political processes, and decision-making materials.
The role also includes contributing to structure, foresight, and implementation in the sector's joint work and processes. You will also drive or coordinate development and investigation assignments and support work in areas such as internal control, digitalization, information management, and other cross-sectoral issues.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who have experience in coordination, development, follow-up, or investigation in a complex operation. You are confident in taking responsibility, have a good ability to structure your work, and enjoy driving issues forward together with others.
To succeed in the role, you need to be able to see the big picture, understand connections, and switch between a strategic perspective and what needs to be solved in everyday life. You are receptive, clear, and create trust in different contexts.
We do not expect you to know all parts of the assignment from the start. The most important thing is that you have an interest in business development, a good ability to absorb new knowledge, and a willingness to familiarize yourself with new issues.
