BRP Systems is an international SaaS company that develops software for the fitness and wellness industry and is the market leader in the Nordics. We help our customers streamline their operations, improve the member experience, and drive growth. We are now looking for an Operations Coordinator who wants to support our Customer Success organization and contribute to our continued delivery of a first-class customer experience.

About the role

In this role, you will become a key part of our Customer Success team, working closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product. You will be responsible for creating structure, supporting operational processes, and contributing to the team working as efficiently as possible in their daily tasks.

A large part of the work takes place in HubSpot, which we use as both a CRM and support system. Here, you will help keep data updated, follow up on activities, and ensure that information and processes run smoothly between different parts of the organization. We also work with PowerBI and our own internal systems.

Your main responsibilities

• Monitor activities, KPIs, and customer data
• Ensure structure and quality in HubSpot and other systems
• Coordinate information and collaborate between different internal teams
• Contribute to the development and improvement of processes and working methods, both within the immediate team and across other departments in the organization
• Support the planning and execution of customer and reference activities
• Support the CCO in KPI work related to the continuous improvement of Order-to-Cash processes, delivery flows, and resource utilization.

You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating well with different types of people. You enjoy creating order, working with data, and improving how things are done, as well as having the ability to prioritize what delivers the highest business value.

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed higher education in fields such as economics, business management, systems science, or similar
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Excel

Merits

• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
• Previous experience in Customer Success, support, administration, or similar roles
• Interest in SaaS, business systems, and digital services
