Your Responsibilities

As Program Manager for Cost Reduction and Portfolio Management, you will work closely with the Head of Business Excellence and the Service Organization's management team. You are responsible for planning, steering, and monitoring the company's cost reduction programs, as well as supporting work related to the product portfolio.

The role involves numerous contact points and requires you to combine analytical skills with a structured approach and strong communication abilities. You will support project managers and leaders in developing business cases, compiling decision-making materials, and presenting status updates to management.

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Set goals for the company's cost reduction efforts and track results together with the management team and other stakeholders.
• Identify new opportunities for cost savings in close collaboration with the Service functions.
• Support the business with calculations of saving potential and development of business cases for improvement initiatives and projects.
• Ensure that savings are registered and updated in One PUMA Web, both through your own work and by supporting the business in the process.
• Coordinate and support portfolio management of business development projects.
• Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials for management and steering groups.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is analytical, proactive, and able to translate data and information into clear decision-making materials. You thrive in a role where you collaborate with many different functions and can influence business development through fact-based recommendations.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree, preferably in Industrial Economics, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Very strong ability to create and present professional PowerPoint presentations in both Swedish and English.
• Very strong analytical skills and experience processing and compiling information in Excel.
• Basic understanding of financial key performance indicators (KPIs) and experience in creating business cases.
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

Merits:

• Experience from manufacturing industry or similar operations.
• Knowledge of business development, improvement work, or project management.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI.
• Experience with portfolio management or tracking change and improvement projects.
