Do you want to take a key role in ensuring quality in advanced technical products? Are you ready to contribute to robust deliveries and high customer satisfaction? Read more and apply below!

About the role
As an FAI Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that products meet all requirements from the start, through structured and quality-assured work with First Article Inspection (FAI). You ensure that quality is built in early and that deviations are handled efficiently. You work closely with production, quality, engineering, and other stakeholders, where you lead and coordinate FAI activities and ensure that the right documentation, resources, and processes are in place.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate the execution of FAI based on project needs and changes.
  • Lead FAI reviews and verify compliance with drawings and governing documents.
  • Ensure proper prerequisites such as correct documentation, data, and resources prior to review.
  • Document outcomes, handle deviations, and follow up on corrective actions.

Your profile
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and has a strong ability to organize and drive work forward. You thrive in a collaborative role with many contact points and have a knack for clear communication and building trust. At the same time, you have your own drive and a solution-oriented approach when it comes to handling quality deviations and improvement work.

Requirements for the position:

  • Technical education or equivalent work experience, for example in production technology.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and control methods.
  • Basic understanding of requirements management and verification of compliance.
  • Ability to work in a structured and documentation-driven manner.
  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English.

Qualifications that are meritorious:
Knowledge of standards such as EN 9102, experience with FAI work in production or quality, and understanding of change management and industrial processes.

Other
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions requiring security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
