Our change work involves a number of initiatives and projects aimed at creating economic stability over time and being a clear role model in social and ecological sustainability.

We are now looking for a driven and pedagogical project supervisor who, in close collaboration with the project participants, wants to take on an important role and make a difference for our tenants.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a project supervisor in a labor market project, your contribution makes a big difference, both for the participants in the project and for everyone living in our city. In the role, you are an operational support in the daily work, for participants and for the project manager. You supervise and plan the work, while also participating in performing the tasks. This includes ensuring that the work is carried out according to plan and according to our safety and working environment procedures.

Initially, the tasks will focus on contributing to safe, pleasant, and well-maintained residential areas. The daily work will take place in close collaboration with Hyresbostäder's area managers regarding suitable tasks and reporting of renovation and maintenance needs. Reporting on the progress of the work will also be made continuously to the project manager.

In this assignment, you will have the chance to work in a newly launched project together with Norrköping Municipality, with the aim of contributing to safe and pleasant living environments and supporting individuals in approaching establishment in working life. At the same time, we can offer a workplace where you develop yourself and gain valuable experience from the property industry.

In this role, you will have the chance to help develop a newly launched business run in project form – with the security of a permanent employment. Content and tasks can be adapted over time based on needs, but your role as a supervisor remains fundamentally the same.

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for you who have experience and understanding of collaboration with people from different cultures and with different ethnic backgrounds. You should also have knowledge of adapted labor market measures for individuals with special needs and/or individuals who are far from the labor market.

With responsibility for planning, leading, and following up the daily work for participants in the project, high demands are placed on your communicative and pedagogical abilities. To fit the position, you need to have good leadership skills and sensitivity, as well as a high degree of solution focus. It is important to be able to handle different people and always maintain a professional approach. This is to maintain and develop our customer satisfaction goals. In the assignment, you contribute to the business as well as to the participants' development.

We see that you are responsible, engaged, and confident in a leadership role, with the ability to motivate others. You work structured with planning, scheduling, and reporting. To succeed in the role, you are sensitive, adapt your leadership to the group's needs, and communicate clearly. You find it easy to collaborate and build trust, and thrive in a role that combines leadership and practical work.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

The position requires a valid driver's license (Category B).
