Do you want to make a significant contribution to society? We are looking for approximately 30 staff members for the Swedish Higher Education Aptitude Test (Högskoleprovet), which is held once every autumn and spring. The assignment lasts for approximately 1 year, from autumn 2026, with exam dates from Sunday, October 18, until the exam date in October 2027.
About the job
During the Swedish Higher Education Aptitude Test, hundreds of people collaborate in various roles such as chief exam supervisor, exam supervisor, assistant, materials coordinator, janitor, and corridor monitors during an intensive day to create the best possible conditions for the writing participants. Linköping University arranges the test at four locations: Campus Valla in Linköping, Campus Norrköping, as well as in Mjölby and Motala.
We are currently looking for exam supervisors for the exam days. Working during the Swedish Higher Education Aptitude Test means being responsible for ensuring the test is conducted correctly and that we follow the regulations set for the test. This requires you to be well-versed in your role and duties, which include providing test participants with clear and correct information and handling test materials according to instructions. The Swedish Higher Education Aptitude Test is a government assignment, and it is of great importance that it is conducted with good service to the writers and that all staff members maintain a high administrative level.
All staff members working on the Swedish Higher Education Aptitude Test must complete a mandatory digital training course before the exam day.

Your workplace
On the exam day, you will be placed at either one of our partner locations, Mjölby or Motala. In exceptional cases, the placement may be at Campus Valla in Linköping or Campus Norrköping.
About the employment
Extra work, fixed-term employment.
On the exam day, you will work from approximately 07:00 to 17:00.
A mandatory two-hour digital training course is held for all new staff members before each exam occasion.
Start date: the day of the training before Sunday, October 18, 2026, as well as the exam days in spring and autumn 2027.
Salary and benefits
Remuneration for work is paid as a fixed amount in accordance with current agreements. Depending on the job role and the size of the exam venue, the fixed remuneration varies between approximately 1,600 and 3,800 SEK. The remuneration is before tax, but holiday pay is added.
