At Mpya Finance, we are currently recruiting a Treasury Backoffice Analyst for Toyota, where treasury is a central area for continued stability and development. This role suits you if you are structured and meticulous, with a strong focus on control, while being driven to improve and develop working methods and systems.

Toyota Industries Europe (TIE) is the European holding company for Toyota Industries Corporation in Japan. Main Responsibilities

This role functions as a central control function and ensures accuracy in cash management, financial instruments, and treasury systems. You will work actively on the development of the treasury system and be a driving force in projects within your area. You will be part of a team of 10 people and report to the Treasury Control Manager.

  • Confirm, settle, and follow up on treasury transactions
  • Manage payments, bank accounts, and systems
  • Perform reconciliations and ensure correct data for accounting
  • Investigate discrepancies and ensure documentation for continuous improvement
  • Validate transactions and ensure compliance with policies and limits
  • Monitor and develop models for currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks
  • Actively contribute to the improvement and automation of processes and working methods

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have an academic degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field. You have a few years of experience working with treasury issues, financial control, and have a good understanding of financial instruments and cash flows. It is an advantage if you have worked in treasury systems such as Quantum and have knowledge of accounting principles such as IFRS or GAAP. You speak and write both Swedish and English fluently.

As a person, you are meticulous, analytical, and have a strong focus on control. You work in a structured manner, enjoy handling multiple parallel tasks, and have the ability to prioritize effectively. Furthermore, you are communicative and find it easy to collaborate with different functions. You have a natural drive to improve working methods and processes.
