About the role
Here you will become part of a tightly knit team of approximately 65 people. You are offered a fast-paced and welcoming workplace where good collaboration and positive energy characterize the atmosphere among colleagues. The organization is characterized by short decision-making paths, and you are expected to thrive in making suggestions, influencing outcomes, and driving issues you are responsible for to completion.
Working hours are weekdays between 08:30–17:00 in central Linköping. The position is a six-month consultancy assignment with very good prospects for extension.

Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing contact with customers, bank account managers, and suppliers via email and phone
- Support bank account managers regarding object financing through leasing and installment plans
- Handle incoming invoices and orders
- Demonstrate strong teamwork skills. You are receptive to your colleagues, willing to share your knowledge, and committed to working together towards common goals.
We are looking for you who
- Have previous experience in administrative work
- Have the ability to prioritize and be clear in processes towards customers
- Have good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel
- Have very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, as this is required to perform the duties of the role
It is an advantage if you have previous experience in a similar role or hold a post-secondary education in economics.
