As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be a strategic and operational partner to the business leaders. You will be responsible for driving recruitment processes from start to finish, working closely with candidates, managers, and internal TA functions to ensure a professional and efficient recruitment experience.

You will also contribute with market insights, data-driven recommendations, and long-term perspectives on talent supply and acquisition.

• Act as the main advisory partner to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the business to define competency needs based on business goals and future workforce planning.
• Analyze the labor market, candidate market, and recruitment trends to provide strategic recommendations.
• Ensure high quality and a positive candidate and manager experience throughout the process.
• Actively work with sourcing and development of broad and inclusive candidate pools.
• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and methods.
• Stay updated on trends within Talent Acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning.

You have extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and are accustomed to working consultatively with managers and other decision-makers. You thrive in a role that combines business understanding, relationship building, and analysis with a strong focus on quality and results.

To succeed in this role, you are communicative, structured, and confident in using data as a basis for decisions and recommendations. You are also professional, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in people and development.

• Several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or RPO.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience working closely with managers and stakeholders in advisory roles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
• Documented experience in delivering high quality in candidate and customer experience.

• Experience from large international organizations.
• Experience recruiting within technology, industry, or engineering-related operations.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, talent intelligence, or strategic workforce planning.
• Experience with diversity and inclusion work within recruitment.
