The role combines operational recruitment with strategic advisory, and you will become a key partner to managers who need to make well-founded decisions regarding talent supply.

You will collaborate closely with other parts of the Talent Acquisition function and contribute with market insights, historical recruitment data, and a long-term perspective on competence needs. This is a role for you who wants to influence both the quality of the recruitment work and how the business plans for the future. This makes the role particularly interesting if you enjoy combining business understanding, analysis, and a strong candidate and manager experience.

• You are the main contact and advisor to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
• You collaborate with managers to define needs based on assignments, performance goals, and long-term competence planning.
• You drive recruitment processes in close collaboration with other TA functions.
• You contribute data-driven insights regarding the labor market, competitor landscape, and previous recruitment patterns.
• You advocate for a proactive, professional, and well-functioning recruitment process with high quality for both candidates and managers.
• You actively work towards broad and inclusive candidate pools.
• You follow developments in recruitment, the labor market, and talent supply, and translate insights into practice.

• You have substantial experience in Talent Acquisition from in-house, recruitment agency, or RPO environments.
• You have very good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• You have a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• You have good analytical skills and are accustomed to interpreting and presenting data.
• You have the ability to deliver a high-quality experience for both managers and candidates.
• You are accustomed to translating business needs into accurate recruitment strategies.

• Experience recruiting in a larger, international, or technology-intensive organization.
• Experience with workforce planning, talent intelligence, or data-driven recruitment advisory.
• Experience working with diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes.
