The Joint Management Administration consists of the business areas Democracy & Service, Economy & Procurement, Working Life & Digital Technology, Strategic Urban Planning, Rescue Services & Security, and the Support Staff.
The Administration is tasked with leading, supporting, and coordinating the entire municipal organization on behalf of the Municipal Executive Board. This is done by focusing on the customer's needs, maintaining a holistic view, and using common working methods. We are a learning organization that promotes innovation and learning from both the external environment and each other.
The Guardianship Office in Motala is responsible for guardianship activities in five municipalities: Motala, Mjölby, Vadstena, Boxholm, and Ödeshög. Here, you will work in bright premises with good transport connections and proximity to both buses and commuter trains.
The Guardianship Office works on behalf of the Guardianship Board – a municipal supervisory authority with an important societal mission. Our task is to ensure that people who need support due to illness, disability, or similar circumstances have their rights upheld and are not at risk of being disadvantaged economically or legally. The operations are regulated by the Parental Code and are characterized by legal security, quality, and professional treatment.

As a Guardianship Case Officer, you work with authority exercises. You process cases concerning guardianship, estate administration, and minority guardianship according to current legislation.
The work involves handling cases that can be complex and where several parties are involved. In your work, you always focus on the individual's legal security and best interests.
