We are currently looking for an Operations Coordinator for a leading international company in the renewable energy sector. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and high-performing operation where technology, innovation, and sustainability are at the center.

About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will become a key part of the business and serve as a central contact point between customers, technicians, and internal functions. The role combines administrative, technical, and customer-related tasks with a focus on ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling technical and administrative support activities related to the service operations.
  • Processing incoming orders, inquiries, and service cases.
  • Managing order processing and administration for assigned customers.
  • Registering and maintaining customer information in business systems.
  • Providing support to customers both remotely and on-site when needed.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for technical questions and coordinating further with technicians or responsible managers for more complex issues.
  • Collaborating with customers and the sales organization to ensure correct handling of orders and inquiries.
  • Participating in troubleshooting and resolving commercial and technical challenges.
  • Providing technical advice before and after the sale of products and services.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who thrives in a coordinating function with many contact points.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in administrative or operational work within service, technology, or industry.
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Very good skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP or similar business systems is a plus.
  • A structured working method and strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good teamwork skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Since the role involves daily contact with technicians, customers, and partners, it is important that you are communicative, solution-oriented, and driven to create results.
